Hello my name is Micha!

Thank you for reaching out to me and I hope I can help you through this new journey you are about to enter! I believe that all woman should feel supported, empowered, and educated in her pregnancy, labor and birth. I bring my clients a referral list of my recommended peds, chiropractors, breastfeeding specialist, etc.. I also offer my experiences, education, and all support.

I have a loving and supportive husband. I went to college in Atlanta, GA, where my husband and I moved from about 10 years ago. We have 5 beautiful kids which were hospital and home water births. We are very busy with basketball, gymnastics, cheer and soccer. Clearly with COVID we have slowed down a bit, which I am sure was secretly needed for our home. Currently we are enjoying LOTS of water fights, at home projects, and touring AZ, along with nightly game nights.

I have been working in the medical field for over 12 years. I worked in Family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, and even a trauma center. I am currently a student midwife and trying to dig deeper into the birthing world. I am trying to grow herbs, and make tinctures, and slowly becoming a hippie.

My favorite colors are emerald and turquoise, I love spaghetti and pizza. I am a terrible speller and LOVE to read. I am a Libra and LOVE to travel. I say all this because I think it’s VERY VERY important to have a doula as someone not only you trust, but you have great vibe or aura with. It’s a very intimate time and it has to be a trusting environment. Feel free to reach out to me with any and all questions!!
